  12. Does anyone else out there have trouble connecting with their
  13. communications software when running Windows 95?  I have to turn my fax
  14. software off, to go out on line.  Then reboot my system to turn my fax
  15. software back on. Win '95 wil not let me turn it on any other way.  Both
  16. Microsoft and the communications software manufacturer are pointing their
  17. fingers at each other.
